Which areas I support.


I’m based in Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire and generally work within a 25 mile radius, with both day and evening appointments. Alternately if you require software support and have internet connectivity I can provide a remote dial-in assistance without visiting your home or office - the choice is yours.

How I charge.


Charges are usually per hour, day or job depending on the requirement, and I'm happy to provide a fixed price to help you control costs. For on-site/home support there is a minimum charge of 1 hour and I bill per 15 minutes after the initial hour period. I do not charge a call out fee if you are located within 20 miles of Aylesbury.
As peace of mind for home users I offer no fix, no fee service. See the Rates page for more details.
